"WOW! what a great recipe from Splenda, loaded with flavour and so easy to put together. the recipe says it's for 4, hahaha we couldn't stop eating them, the two of us finished them off in one sitting!! and the nice thing about them is that they are baked on a rack, so the fat drops below and they become nice and crisp and sooo delicious. If you like an Asian flavour these wings are for you!!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400f degrees.
Step 2
Trim off tips, excess skin and fat from chicken wings; separate at joint.
Step 3
In a bowl whisk together splenda, black bean sauce, soy sauce, seasame oil and vinagar, mustard and garlic; add wings, turning to coat.
Step 4
Bake winds on a rack on a foil lined baking sheet in a 400f degree oven for 40 minutes or until crusty and no longer pink inside. Tune after 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve hot or at room temperature.
