Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons splenda granulated (Or sugar if you wish)
  • 2 tablespoons black bean sauce (Chinese fermented black bean sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, halved

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400f degrees.

  • Step 2: Trim off tips, excess skin and fat from chicken wings; separate at joint.

  • Step 3: In a bowl whisk together splenda, black bean sauce, soy sauce, seasame oil and vinagar, mustard and garlic; add wings, turning to coat.

  • Step 4: Bake winds on a rack on a foil lined baking sheet in a 400f degree oven for 40 minutes or until crusty and no longer pink inside. Tune after 20 minutes.

  • Step 5: Serve hot or at room temperature.
