Step 1: Preheat oven to 400f degrees.
Step 2: Trim off tips, excess skin and fat from chicken wings; separate at joint.
Step 3: In a bowl whisk together splenda, black bean sauce, soy sauce, seasame oil and vinagar, mustard and garlic; add wings, turning to coat.
Step 4: Bake winds on a rack on a foil lined baking sheet in a 400f degree oven for 40 minutes or until crusty and no longer pink inside. Tune after 20 minutes.
Step 5: Serve hot or at room temperature.
