Step 1: Mix the first 7 ingredients together well and shape into 1 inch meatballs.
Step 2: Generously coat a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick spray and place the meatballs on the baking sheet.
Step 3: Cook in a pre-heated 425 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on how big you have made the meatballs, turning every 5 minutes until cooked through.
Step 4: Place on a serving platter, drizzle with a bit of Frank’s RedHot sauce and sprinkle with celery leaves.
