Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375º. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with lots of cooking spray.
Step 2
Place 1/2 cup mounds of cheddar on baking sheet and season with pepper.
Step 3
Bake until cheese is melty and slightly crispy, 5 to 7 minutes. Very quickly blot grease off of the shells with a paper towel.
Step 4
Using a spatula, immediately transfer cheese mounds around the handle of a wooden spoon and form a shell. Let cool. then stuff as desired.
