We really liked these mushrooms with the beef filling. Next time I may top them with some kind of melty cheese, just because I think it would add to the overall taste. I would probably use Fontina or Asiago.

I cut out the mace and cloves and cut down on the allspice because I didn't think we would like it on the pork tenderloin I was making. It was a great tasty rub and one I will be using often.

A great dessert that was loved by both of my grandkids and me. I made my own blueberry pie filling with some fresh berries I had to use up, and because I don't like the canned stuff. The only thing better would have been if I could have had some of those fresh Maine blueberries, as they are tarter than the cultivated blueberries, and would have been my ideal choice, but since I couldn't get them here in Vegas the ones I had worked! The streusel topping was super delicious and made it extra special with the addition of the nuts. A definite make again and it found its way into my repeat file to make again real soon!

The grandkids and I really loved these delicious potatoes! They paired perfectly with the chicken I was making them for dinner. Into my repeat recipe file this goes!

My grandkids were here and I wanted to make them something good so I made this simple to follow chicken, and it was devoured in no time by both of them! I really loved it too! Score!!

I added peppers, carrots, onions, broccoli and cauliflower and after marinating, first bowlful had us hooked! Super delicious, crunchy and I love having this in my fridge to snack on!

This is a great dessert, and I for one will make it again real soon. I added cinnamon and it was wonderful! We like ours cold with whipped cream. So yum!
