Step 1

Combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, ginger, coriander and garlic. Add the chicken chunks and toss. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Spray sliced zucchini with cooking spray.

Step 3

Thread chicken and zucchini onto skewers, alternating chicken and zucchini.

Step 4

Sprinkle with kosher salt.

Step 5

Grill for 8 minutes, turning occasionally so all sides are browned.

Step 6

Garnish with fresh dill. (optional).

Very good indeed...the yogurt-marinate gives the chicken a nice tart taste...the cumin really stands out in this dish...the zucchini was nice and crisp...I cooked the skewers on the George Foreman Grill...worked great...made for "For Your Consideration" tag game...
