Step 3: Thread chicken and zucchini onto skewers, alternating chicken and zucchini.
Step 4: Sprinkle with kosher salt.
Step 5: Grill for 8 minutes, turning occasionally so all sides are browned.
Step 6: Garnish with fresh dill. (optional).
