Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a 2 1/2 quart baking dish; stir well, and set aside.
Step 2
Saute onion, garlic, and cumin in oil in a skillet until the onion is tender. Add to the chicken mixture, stirring well.
Step 3
Cover and bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until the chicken is done. Remove from the oven. Add hot sauce to taste; stir well.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cheese. Garnish, if desired.
