Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Rinse chicken, pat dry and place in a roasting pan.
Step 3
Toss the onions around the chicken and pour beer over the onions.
Step 4
Sprinkle the spices over the chicken and slowly drizzle the hot sauce over the chicken.
Step 5
Bake until cooked through, juices will run clear when pierced with a fork, about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
