"Very refreshing to serve on any Summers day as a condiment or a side salad. I served it as a side salad with ribs - perfect! It would be lovely with any curry dish or even as a dip for tortilla chips. The recipe was originally from Taste Magazine _ a magazine from the BC Liquor stores."

Step 1

In a large bowl whisk together the lime juice, honey & salt until the salt has disolved.

Add all the remaining ingredients.
