I made an imitation crab and cucumber roll, using cream cheese and cauliflower mix instead of rice. It came out delicious and I love that it cuts the carbs and calories too!

My first time making sushi I decided to keep it simple. I made California rolls and Philadelphia rolls with great success!

My first time making sushi we made the Spicy Tuna Rolls and Spider Rolls. I got fresh tuna and whole crabs at the fish market. I deep fried the crab with a panko crumb mix and then we were ready to roll. Both were easy to assemble and roll. Now that I get the hang of it, and know how easy they are to make, I will make them often. We are sushi lovers and it is cheaper to make them at home and they taste every bit as good as getting them at your favorite restaurant, so look out world, I am a sushi maker now!

My husband and I decided to try our hand at making sushi and we went with California Rolls and Shrimp Tempura Rolls to start. They were easy to make following the directions on your recipe on how to make and roll sushi that is posted here too. We love our sushi and until now never dreamed we could make our own. It is so much cheaper to do it this way then to eat out, you can have triple the amount for the same money! Try it, if we can do it so can you!
