Step by Step Method

Step 1

Pre=heat oven 375F

Step 2

Place thighs, skin side up in a shallow oven proof baking dish

Step 3

Whisk together all remaining ingredient except snow peas

Step 4

When nicely blended pour over chicken

Step 5

Turn the pieces a couple of times so they are evenly coated on both sides

Step 6

Bake uncovered for 45minutes,

Step 7

Add peas for the last 5 minutes

We enjoyed chicken cooked this way over rice. I did skip the curry paste (thought I had some) and chili flakes. Next time will be sure to add the curry paste! Delicious and enjoyed by all. Thanks for sharing!
