Step 2: Place thighs, skin side up in a shallow oven proof baking dish
Step 3: Whisk together all remaining ingredient except snow peas
Step 4: When nicely blended pour over chicken
Step 5: Turn the pieces a couple of times so they are evenly coated on both sides
Step 6: Bake uncovered for 45minutes,
Step 7: Add peas for the last 5 minutes
