In a bowl combine cheeses with the dill.
Butter one side of two slices of bread and place butter side down in a skillet, spread mustard over the top. Divide half of the cheese mixture between the two slices of bread (in the skillet). Divide turkey and then the peppers between the two slices and then the remaining cheese. Butter the remaining two slices of bread and top the sandwich butter side up.
Cook over medium heat, pressing lightly on the sandwich until deep golden brown (2-4 minutes), flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese has melted (3-5 minutes). Let cool briefly before slicing and serving.
