I made this using Jarlsberg cheese and store bought Dijon/honey mix, I also took a tip from a Café owner, before spraying my bread with the oil I wrapped the sandwich in baking paper and zapped in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften up the cheese to ensure it melts and you don't end up with burnt bread in frying stage to get the cheese to melting point. The end result was gooey melted cheese, a crisp tart granny smith apple, delicious turkey and crispy toasted bread, thank you Mikey for a great lunch, made for Pick Me tag game.
