Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cut peppers lengthwise in half, clean.

Step 2

Boil for 2 minutes in salted water.

Step 3

In a saucepan, bring milk, salt, mustard to just below boil and stir in cheese till melted.

Step 4

In bowl, blend cheese sauce with rice, tuna, pimiento.

Step 5

Fill pepper halves and wrap each in square of Reynolds Wrap, double-folding edges and ends in tight seal.

Step 6

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 7

Open foil, decorate with carrot "sail" and serve.
