Step 1

In a large bowl toss together the tomatoes, basil, parmesan, jalapeno and garlic

Step 2

Mix together the balsamic, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Combine the tomato mixture and the oil mixture

Step 4

Broil for 5-10 minutes depending how much cheese you added and how much you added to each baguette and serve

Wonderful sunday afternoon appie, loaded with flavour. I forgot to buy a bagette but i had a square small facaccia bread in the freezer, it worked beautifully. Love them and will be making them again.
