Easy lunch. I cut recipe in half and added a can of drained tuna, and served over the toast.

I really liked it! The cheese really added a good flavor to it. I didn't put it over the toast, instead I added lots of oyster crackers which I love in soup. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us Dienia. It went great with my grilled cheese sammie! Linda
