"I got the idea for this recipe when I was going to make AcadiaToo's #recipe10445, I was using grape tomatoes instead of tomato pieces then I realized I did not have the balsamic vinaigrette the recipe called for so I made it into a new recipe."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Skewer 1 cube of cheese, 1 basil leaf and 1 cherry tomato onto each of the toothpicks and place on a serving plate.
Step 2
Crush the clove of garlic and the salt with a mortar and pestle until you have a paste; mix with the balsamic vinegar and oil.
Step 3
Drizzle over the skewers and serve.
