Step by Step Method

Step 1

Tear the iceberg lettuce into bite size pieces, then rinse, drain, and spin the lettuce dry.

Step 2

Put in bowl and add seasoning on top of lettuce.

Step 3

Cook bacon until crisp and drain fat on paper towels.

Step 4

Crumble or chop bacon with a knife.

Step 5

Add peas.

Step 6

Cut Swiss cheese slices into cubes or strips.

Step 7

Add on top of peas.

Step 8

Slice green onions.

Step 9

Add on top of cheese.

Step 10

Dressing:

Mix the sugar, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and Miracle Whip together.

Step 12

Remember to season to taste.

Step 13

Place on top of bowl.

Step 14

Toss all the ingredients together when ready to serve.

Step 15

Add black pepper.
