Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 8 ounces frozen peas, thawed (2 cups)
  • 4 ounces bacon (4 strips)
  • 4 ounces Swiss cheese, cubed
  • 3 green onions, minced
  • Dressing
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Tear the iceberg lettuce into bite size pieces, then rinse, drain, and spin the lettuce dry.

  • Step 2: Put in bowl and add seasoning on top of lettuce.

  • Step 3: Cook bacon until crisp and drain fat on paper towels.

  • Step 4: Crumble or chop bacon with a knife.

  • Step 5: Add peas.

  • Step 6: Cut Swiss cheese slices into cubes or strips.

  • Step 7: Add on top of peas.

  • Step 8: Slice green onions.

  • Step 9: Add on top of cheese.

  • Step 10: Dressing:

  • Step 11: Mix the sugar, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and Miracle Whip together.

  • Step 12: Remember to season to taste.

  • Step 13: Place on top of bowl.

  • Step 14: Toss all the ingredients together when ready to serve.

  • Step 15: Add black pepper.
