Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large frying pan, melt the butter.

Step 2

Saute mushrooms in butter until tender (about 5 minutes).

Step 3

Mix flour and chicken bouillon together. Sprinkle over mushrooms. Cook one more minute, stirring.

Step 4

Add sour cream, lemon juice and all seasonings. Cook 2 to 3 minutes more, stirring.

Step 5

Serve.

These mushrooms are fit for a Countess. Very tasty. Lovely combination of spices. I cut the recipe in half and had a bit extra sauce. These would be lovely as a side for brunch or seved on toast for a light lunch. Will be made again.
