  • 1 pound mushrooms (Cremini, halved)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted Butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large frying pan, melt the butter.

  • Step 2: Saute mushrooms in butter until tender (about 5 minutes).

  • Step 3: Mix flour and chicken bouillon together. Sprinkle over mushrooms. Cook one more minute, stirring.

  • Step 4: Add sour cream, lemon juice and all seasonings. Cook 2 to 3 minutes more, stirring.

  • Step 5: Serve.
