"These muffins turn out so moist and delicious, and they are so easy to prepare. You will not be able to stop at just one. I use coconut sugar in this recipe, just for the lovely golden brown color it gives the muffin. You could use regular granulated sugar, but the muffins will have a much lighter color."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended.

Line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper muffin cup liners and fill them with the batter, to about a couple of millimeters from the top.

Place in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out dry after being inserted in the center of the muffin.
