Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas, vinegar and vanilla.
Step 2
To creamed mixture, add dry ingredients; mix well.

Pour into greased 9x15 cake pan.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool then frost.
FOR THE FROSTING
Step 5
Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and vanilla, beat.
Step 6
Frost bars.
