My DD made this at Christmas time for a family gathering. Slices were full of nutty banana flavor and very moist; we all loved it! I spread mine with cream cheese and nuts and enjoyed it very much!

I made one of these last week to try, and it was so delicious that I decided to make it for tomorrow. I loaded it up with double the nuts and used walnuts and pecans. Gives it such a nice taste. Will be having it with whipped cream cheese.

The salad dressing added a lot of moisture to the bread and it was delicious. I toasted some and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and butter of course and then ate some with cream cheese. Delicious both ways!
