My DD made this at Christmas time for a family gathering. Slices were full of nutty banana flavor and very moist; we all loved it! I spread mine with cream cheese and nuts and enjoyed it very much!

Your banana recipes are always delicious Bea! We shared with visiting family and toasted it for brekky. It was an immediate hit. Thanks for sharing another keeper! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

Loved this banana bread, I've made cakes using salad dressing but never banana bread, it turned out moist and delicious, thank you very much QueenBee for your recipe.

Shar Pei

I made one of these last week to try, and it was so delicious that I decided to make it for tomorrow. I loaded it up with double the nuts and used walnuts and pecans. Gives it such a nice taste. Will be having it with whipped cream cheese.

The salad dressing added a lot of moisture to the bread and it was delicious. I toasted some and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and butter of course and then ate some with cream cheese. Delicious both ways!
