Thai Spicy Stir Fry Chicken

" Make this as spicy or as mild as you like. Mix in other veggies, leftovers, whatever your favorites are. Add fresh jalapenos - you are the manager of this recipe. I like UFC Thai Chili sauce but use your favorite. Very nice served over brown rice or chow mein fried noodles"

Step 1

Stir fry the chicken for about 5 minutes

Step 2

Add sweet peppers, mushrooms, carrots, jalapeno stir fry for about 5 minutes, medium heat

Step 3

Mix together sesame oil, sesame seeds, wine vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, chicken stock and chili sauce

Step 4

Add cilantro and green onion to the pan stir fry 1 minutes. Pour in th sauce simmer about 5 minutes Ready to serve

I loved this chicken. The Thai flavors shine through making it so delicious! I served it over jasmine rice and served sauteed garlic green beans as a side. I will make this again!

I was trying to use up a bunch of vegetables I had yo use up so I did change up the veggies but stayed true to the sauce and was quite please with this stir fry. Another great recipe from Bergy!!
