Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound chicken, skinless boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size peices
  • 1/4 cup sweet red peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup sweet green peppers, diced
  • 12 baby carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces, steamed until just tender
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1-2 jalapeno peppers finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, browned
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or splenda brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chicken stock
  • 5 tablespoon hot thai sweet chili sauce
  • Cilntro to garnish

How to Make

  • Step 1: Stir fry the chicken for about 5 minutes

  • Step 2: Add sweet peppers, mushrooms, carrots, jalapeno stir fry for about 5 minutes, medium heat

  • Step 3: Mix together sesame oil, sesame seeds, wine vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, chicken stock and chili sauce

  • Step 4: Add cilantro and green onion to the pan stir fry 1 minutes. Pour in th sauce simmer about 5 minutes Ready to serve
