Step by Step Method

Blue cheese:
Step 2
Combine blue cheese and margarine.
Step 3
In mixer beat until light.

Cream Cheese:

Add softened cream cheese in small saucepan.

Add sour cream, grated onion, white pepper, garlic salt and chopped cooked bacon and heat slowly, stirring constantly, until hot and well-blended.

Toast bread and spread 6 slices with bleu cheese mixture.
Step 8
Top each with 2 ounces deli roast beef on each slice
Step 9
Spread 2 tablespoons sour cream mixture on each of 6 remaining slices of bread and sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp chopped chives.
Step 10
Add black pepper to taste on beef side.
Step 11
Add tomato slices combine sides.
Step 12
Cut in half.
