Step 1: Blue cheese:
Step 2: Combine blue cheese and margarine.
Step 3: In mixer beat until light.
Step 4: Cream Cheese:
Step 5: Add softened cream cheese in small saucepan.
Step 6: Add sour cream, grated onion, white pepper, garlic salt and chopped cooked bacon and heat slowly, stirring constantly, until hot and well-blended.
Step 7: Toast bread and spread 6 slices with bleu cheese mixture.
Step 8: Top each with 2 ounces deli roast beef on each slice
Step 9: Spread 2 tablespoons sour cream mixture on each of 6 remaining slices of bread and sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp chopped chives.
Step 10: Add black pepper to taste on beef side.
Step 11: Add tomato slices combine sides.
Step 12: Cut in half.
