"Very good way to use up those tomatoes! I came up with this one day when I had a bounty of tomatoes and was wondering what else to do with them! Enjoy!"

Step 1

Lay the halved tomatoes in the bottom of a bowl.

Step 2

Whisk all other ingredients together and pour over the top. Let sit for 1 hour. Serve!

The title says it all except how delicious these littls guys are. Loved the recipe. I cut it in half and the dressing was heavy but tossed well with the tomatoes. Had them on Romaine lettuce with sweet onion and will serve them along side a burger for dinner. Thanks Disssie for a repeater recipe

Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen

An absolutely delicious tomato salad i will be making all summer long. The dressing is outstanding and adds sooo much flavour to the cherry tomatoes, a wonderful combination. we loved it !!
