"My kids are really picky eaters! This is one of the few healthy recipes everyone will not only eat but actually get excited about. It is called spicy yellow chicken on a stick, but it's a tweaked version of tandoori chicken. Enjoy!!!!! Prep time includes marinating time. I don't recommend marinating more than six hours as the chicken gets a mushy texture."

These chicken sticks are exceptionally good and we really thought they were great! I marinated mine for about 5 hours and it resulted in very tasty chicken, so I will stick with that time next time I make them. I served it with some rice and vegetables with a little spice. Very good meal!
