Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • MARINADE
  • Fresh ginger (one two inch piece of ginger, peeled)
  • 4 large cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 2 to 3 pounds chicken breast (cubed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: I make the marinade in a food processor adding everything but the chicken and blend until smooth.

  • Step 2: Place in a zip top bag with the chicken and marinate 4-6 hours.

  • Step 3: Thread chicken on a skewer.

  • Step 4: Grill or broil about 8-10 minutes turning halfway through.
