Step by Step Method

Step 1

Prepare greens by rinsing, drying, and tearing any larger leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Toss the feta and pecans into the greens.

Add croutons if you'd like.

What a great combo of flavors! Had my doubts about the feta, but we used a mild Bulgarian feta that was very complementary of the other flavors. Loved the sweet/salty from the pear and feta, and the crunch of the pecans. We'll definitely be making this again! Thanks for sharing!
