Step by Step Method

Step 1

Warm chicken broth.

Step 2

When it boils, add it to the milk and cream.

Step 3

Stir well to mix everything again and leave to boil.

Step 4

Remove from heat and add the grated cheese, cumin, turmeric, white pepper, salt, chopped dill and parsley.

Step 5

Mix everything.

Step 6

Serve the soup hot with a few croutons for each portion.

Step 7

Croutons best homemade.(store bought baby)

Oh My! If I could give this more than 5 stars I certainly would. So easy easy to put together and the possibilities are endless with this soup. We each had more than 1 bowl. To a couple of bowls I added leftover turkey and also served it with croutons as suggested. I also added a bit of poultry seasoning and white pepper. Wow, it's an amazing soup and a must try! Many thank you's to you dienia b for sharing!
