Step 1

Warm chicken broth. When it boils, add it to the milk and cream. Stir well to mix everything again and leave to boil.

Step 2

Remove from heat and add the grated cheese, cumin, turmeric, salt, chopped dill and parsley. Mix everything.

Step 3

Serve the soup hot with a few croutons for each portion.

Step 4

Croutons best homemade.

Oh My! If I could give this more than 5 stars I certainly would. So easy easy to put together and the possibilities are endless with this soup. We each had more than 1 bowl. To a couple of bowls I added leftover turkey and also served it with croutons as suggested. I also added a bit of poultry seasoning and white pepper. Wow, it's an amazing soup and a must try!
