Step 1
Warm chicken broth. When it boils, add it to the milk and cream. Stir well to mix everything again and leave to boil.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add the grated cheese, cumin, turmeric, salt, chopped dill and parsley. Mix everything.

Serve the soup hot with a few croutons for each portion.
