  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 ounces cream (1/2 cup)
  • 4 ounces Swiss cheese, grated (Emmental Swiss cheese) (1/2 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/16 teaspoon cumin, pinch
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon dill, minced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, minced
  • 1 cup croutons

How to Make

  • Step 1: Warm chicken broth.

  • Step 2: When it boils, add it to the milk and cream.

  • Step 3: Stir well to mix everything again and leave to boil.

  • Step 4: Remove from heat and add the grated cheese, cumin, turmeric, white pepper, salt, chopped dill and parsley.

  • Step 5: Mix everything.
