Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large bowl mix together plum sauce, hoisin sauce and chili garlic; set aside.

Step 2

Heat a pot with 2 inches of water fitted with a steamer basket and tight fitting lid over high heat until boiling. Add broccoli, cover and cook 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.

Step 3

Add broccoli to sauce; toss to coast.

Step 4

Refrigerate leftovers.

We loved this! Unfortunately, the grocery was out of plum sauce, so had to sub with some duck sauce we had in the fridge. Can't wait to try it again when we have the right sauce! Regardless, the broccoli was spicy sweet and went really well with a beef and pepper stir fry.
