"The manager of a local Deli told me to try this salad and proceeded to tell me the ingredients - we loved it. So I decided to post it The baba Ghanoush is the flavouring ingredient. If you want the salad a bit more creamy & flavourful just add more BaBa Ghanoush. Make your own or buy ready made BaBa Ghanoush. Use whatever veggies you have on hand! This salad can keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. This great to use any leftover veggies. NOTE: Baba Ghanoush is not included in nutritional facts."
