Step 1: In a large bowl mix together plum sauce, hoisin sauce and chili garlic; set aside.
Step 2: Heat a pot with 2 inches of water fitted with a steamer basket and tight fitting lid over high heat until boiling. Add broccoli, cover and cook 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Step 3: Add broccoli to sauce; toss to coast.
Step 4: Refrigerate leftovers.
