Stuffed Turkey Burgers
"Enough spice to take the turkey out of the doldrums but not overpower the diner. Recipe was from Kraft with a bit of adjusting by me. I like to add a slice of sweet onion. Add your own condiments!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix the turkey and taco seasoning gently together
Step 2
Form 8 patties
Step 3
Combine Cheese and 2 tbsp salsa
Step 4
Distribute the cheese mixture onto the centre of 4 patties
Step 5
Cover with remaining patties and seal the edges well
Step 6
You may now either BBQ or pan fry the patties for apprx 5 minutes each side medium heat or until done (175F)
Step 7
Meanwhile toast the buns
Step 8
Place lettuce & tomato on the bottom halves of the buns
Step 9
Add the patty
Step 10
Top with remaining salsa & bun tops
Step 11
Sprinkle on Cilantro (if using)
