Step by Step Method
Step 1
Evenly pour a bit of the balsamic into each tomato half

Mix together goat cheese ,green pepper & green onions
Step 3
Spoon into the tomto halves
Step 4
Top with cereal & nuts
Step 5
Place in pre-heated 375 oven for about 12 minutes or until the tops are golden
Step 6
Serve warm
