"A great tasting recipe I found in the June 2012 issue of Everyday Food magazine. I make this lovely chicken recipe often and we love it. I do sometimes add a bit of fresh grated ginger to the glaze. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free Worcestershire sauce."

I scaled back for two and instead of using the broiler/grill I just spooned the thick glaze over each thigh and returned to the oven for 10 minutes at a slightly lower temperature of 175C and reserved some of the glaze to put over the rice, thank you QueenBea for another great chicken recipe, made for Pick Me tag game.
