Step 1

To prepare the salad ingredients, cut mango into small chunks. Cut mozzarella into small chunks. Cut the peeled avocado into small chunks. Set aside.

Step 2

Place 1/2 cup of the strawberries, oil, honey, and balsamic vinegar in a mini food processor. Process until smooth. Scrape the dressing into a salad bowl and season with the salt and pepper.

Step 3

Add the spinach, mango, and the remaining 1 1/2 cup strawberries to the dressing and toss to mix well.

Step 4

When plating, sprinkle the mozzarella, avocado, and almonds over each serving.

This is a great salad that I would give moe than 5 stars. It is healthy, attractive and has wonderful flavours. A combination of some of my favorites. The dressing is super easy and tasty. This will be made over & over during our strawberry season.

Very beautiful and colorful salad. My son particularly loved it....he loves anything sweet, and this salad does have a sweetness to it. Loved the fresh mozzarella in this.This is definitely a company-worthy salad....so beautiful! Made for First Time Tag! Thanks for sharing!
