Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook and drain spinach (or broccoli), reserving liquid.
Step 2
Melt butter, add flour, and cook onion in it till soft.
Step 3
Add liquids slowly.
Step 4
Stir till thick.
Step 5
Add seasonings and cheese in pieces.
Step 6
When cheese is melted, stir in the spinach (or broccoli).
Step 7
Refrigerate and serve cold.
