Step by Step Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease a 1-1/2-quart casserole; set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, spinach, feta cheese, melted butter, flour, onions, garlic, salt and nutmeg. Add pepper. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Transfer mixture to the prepared casserole.
Step 4
Bake, uncovered, about 45 minutes or until center is nearly set.
