Step 1

In a large bowl, toss together the spinach, walnuts, cranberries, feta cheese, tomatoes, avocado, and red onion.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together jam, vinegar, oil, pepper, and salt; pour over the salad just before serving, and toss to coat.

I enjoy salads for light lunches especially in summer. This is a wonderful salad. I did as suggested and added chicken, next time I plan to add shrimp. There will be one lot of next times for this delicious Spinach and Feta Salad! Thank you for sharing!
