  • 2 tomatoes, Roma (chopped)
  • 1 to 2 avocado (peeled, pitted and diced)
  • 1 red onion, small (thinly sliced)
  • DRESSING
  • 2 tablespoons red raspberry jam (with seeds)
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
  • Salt to taste
