"I served this for Super Bowl foot ball game and everyone gobbled it up, you could add in other things if you want it more spicier like jalapenos or green chilies or pepper flakes, I doubled it cause I was serving a large amount of people. Serve with ripple chips or crusty bread or crackers. Makes about 2 1/2 cups"

Mix in garlic and next 3 ingredients; beat well. Gradually whisk or beat in beer, beating until blended. Chill 1 hour before serving.
