Step by Step Method

Step 1

Marinate chicken wings with sauce for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Coat with corn flour/starch and then deep fry chicken wings briefly until golden.

Step 3

Saute ginger, garlic and add seasonings and chicken wings, cover and cook until done and top with white sesame seeds and serve.

I love this recipe because for me, it is a great starter recipe for more great tastes! I tried one batch as is, then experimented with other add-ons such as frank’s hot sauce or honey and garlic mix. Yum!
